Scope and publisher
This policy covers NAM FX and this website, provided by Pick&Tune Studio in the Republic of Korea. It describes how the app and website handle data; we update it when features or processing practices change. Contact support@pickandtune.com about privacy.
Audio and local data
The app processes microphone or USB interface input on your device. It does not automatically upload your playing audio to a developer server. Saved loops, presets, scenes, imported tones and attribution remain in app storage. Language, audio and MIDI preferences are stored locally. Choosing backup or export creates a copy at the destination you select.
Permissions
Microphone access is used for audio input and Bluetooth access for MIDI connections. File pickers access files or folders you select. You can change permissions in operating-system settings; denying one limits its related feature. This website does not request microphone, camera or location access.
Optional TONE3000 connection
You can connect TONE3000 through its authentication screen. Tokens, username and profile/avatar URLs are stored in the device Keychain. Authentication tokens and selected tone/model requests are sent to TONE3000; images and model files are downloaded from the service and its CDN. Account and request processing enables that optional feature. Local effects do not require this connection.
External service processing
TONE3000 (Hot, Inc.) handles account details, usage records and network information such as IP addresses under its own policy. Its server-location, retention and deletion practices apply. NAM FX does not provide capture-training audio uploads. Read the TONE3000 privacy policy for details and rights requests.
Website and support
Vercel hosts this website. To deliver pages and operate securely, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. We do not add advertising or analytics SDKs, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Search runs in your browser. If you email support, we use your message and reply address to handle your request, retain them as needed to resolve it, and accept deletion requests at the support address. Do not send sensitive information or authentication secrets. See the Vercel privacy policy.
Retention, deletion and revocation
Local content remains until you delete it. Disconnecting TONE3000 removes local credentials and account display; it does not delete downloaded tones or the external account. Delete downloaded tones separately in the tone list. Request account or server-side deletion from the external service. Uninstalling alone may not remove Keychain items, separate Mac data folders, system backups or exported copies. Disconnect and remove unneeded files and backups before uninstalling.
Sharing, security and your rights
We do not sell your playing audio or local presets or use them for advertising tracking. There is no developer account system apart from optional external connections and voluntary support contact. We use HTTPS for network requests and the device Keychain for credentials. Contact support about access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Operating-system diagnostics and backups follow your system settings. Information may be retained where required by applicable law.
Children and changes
NAM FX is not a service aimed at collecting personal information from children. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We update this page and its revision date as features or services change.
