Include your device model, OS, app version, interface model, USB connection setup, buffer and reproduction steps. Tell us whether IN/OUT meters move and whether another app works with the same hardware.

Keep account information out of screenshots. Do not send API keys, tokens, passwords or tone files you are not authorized to share. The same support address accepts privacy and deletion requests.
